Membership Policy

[Name]

Article 1
The Association The Dreams Mountaineering TeamE(hereafter the Association) is a nonprofit voluntary association.

[Office]

Article 2
The Association is located at 113-4, Mochizuki, Saku-shi, Nagano-ken.

[Purpose]

Article 3
The association aims to help the physically challenged enhance their scope of activity by providing support and assistance, enabling them to lead a more active life in society.


[Activity]

Article 4
The following are the specific activities planned by The Association to fulfill the objectives outlined in Article 3.
(1) Assist Mr. Seiji Uchida, a paraplegic, in his climb to the summit of Switzerland Mt. Breithorn.
(2) Assist Mr. Kyoga Ide, who is afflicted with muscular dystrophy, in his climb to the summit of Switzerland Mt. Breithorn.
(3) Any additional activities that may be necessary to reach the goals outlined in Article 3.


[Membership]

Article 5
The members of the Association have consented to the policies as they have been outlined here and explained to them.


[Admission]

Article 6
Applicants for membership of The Association must submit an application form for review by an officer meeting to be approved.


[Withdrawal from Membership]

Article 7
In the following cases, a member of the Association may lose their membership by unanimous vote by the Association Officers.
(1) Perpetrating an act that reflects poorly on, or that is contrary to the purpose of the Association.
(2) Breaching any article of this agreement.
(3) Submitting an official resignation from the Association.


[Officers]

Article 8
The following is the standard organization of the Officers of the Association.
1. One representative 2. Five inspectors 3. One accountant


[Term of Directors]

Article 9
The term of office for any officer is two years, with the possibility of re-appointment.


[General Meeting]

Article 10
Meetings will be divided into two types: a General Meeting and a Board Meeting.


[Composition of the General Meeting]

Article 11
The General Meeting shall be composed of members of The Association.


[Functions of General Meeting]

Article 12
A General Meeting shall discuss and resolve the following matters.
(1) Changes of membership policy
(2) Dismissals
(3) Activity reports and financial statements
(4) Election of officers
(5) Any other topic as deemed necessary by a Board Meeting.

Article 13
The Board Meeting discusses and resolves the following matters.
(1) Admission and withdrawal of membership.
(2) Discusses, plans and implements any important issues related to the Association


[Holding of General Meetings]

Article 14
A General Meeting will be held once every year.

Article 15
A special session of the General Meeting will be held conditional to one of the following criteria.
(1) When a Board Meeting deems a session necessary.
(2) When more than half of the members deems the matter at hand worthy of calling a General Meeting.


[Composition of Assets]

Article 16
The following constitutes the assets of the Association.
(1) Donated articles
(2) Other income


[Management of Assets]

Article 17
The assets shall be managed by an appointed representative according to the procedures deemed appropriate by the Officers.


[Accounting Principles]

Article 18
The accounting of the Association shall be managed based upon independently as defined by accounting procedures.


[Accounting Audit]

Article 19
The accounting shall be audited independently by the appointed auditor.

Article 20
The below is appointed as the auditor of the accounting:
